Brief Introduction to PEIAC
The Profile of PEIAC
PEIAC(Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China)was founded in 1985 in Beijing.It is a nationwide social economic organization.It works as a¡°bridge¡±between the government and enterprises.PEIAC consists of three parts,printing, printing equipment and printing material.It is not only a customer association, but also a manufacturer association.PEIAC is a founding member of Global Print and a founding member of Asia Print.
PEIAC has more than 1500 direct company members,48 group members (including 31 province printing associations) and more than 50,000 indirect company members (the members of group members).

PEIAC has a staff of 90 persons.The secretariat is responsible for the daily griond.
The Major Tasks of PEIAC
The Tenet of PEIAC is¡°to serve its members; to serve printing industries; to promote the development of printing, printing equipment and printing material industries of China¡±.
¡ñ Investigate,collect,sort out and promulgate basic information for the printing industry.put forward the policy proposition for the vitalization of printing and printing equipment and material industries of China.
¡ñ Arrange technical exchange and cooperation at home and abroad.To spread successful results of scientific research,advanced technologies and experiences of management.
¡ñ Work out and set up standards of printing,printing equipment and printing material,and lay down rules and regulations.
¡ñ Enhance the activities of cooperation and exchange with foreign associations and economic bodies in the same field.
¡ñ Organize Chinese manufacturers to exhibit their products abroad, organize Chinese printers to visit foreign printing exhibitions.
¡ñ Hold international important events, such as:
CHINA PRINT¡ªBeijing International Printing Technology Exhibition(every four years);
PRINT CHINA¡ª International Printing Technology Exhibition of China(Guangdong)(sister event of CHINA PRINT every four years);
FORUM-PI¡ªInternational Forum for the Development of Printing Industry(every four years in Beijing);
FORUM-PT¡ªInternational Forum for the Development Printing Technology(every four years in Guangdong);
INFOPRINT¡ªInternational Printing Information Conference (every year in Beijing).
CPA¡ªChina Print Awards (every other year).
