automatic die cutting machine suitable for converting to
cardboard and corrugated board. The stock range of the machine
is wide. Big size cardboard and corrugated board with the
thickness less than 5mm could be done with the machine. And its
die-cutting accuracy to corrugated board is higher than that of
rotary die-cutting machine.
2. The machine introduces automatic die loading system with
international patent. Stripping unit and gripper edge delivery
unit are available with the machine.
3.All protection system and safety limit switches on the door
designed with accordance to European CE standards adopt
principal of double protection to greatly decreases the
operator’s labor intensity and increases the operation safety at
the same time.
4. Adoption of big center distance parallel index intermittent
mechanism to the machine makes registration to the gripper bar
more stable.
5. Introduction of big diameter engaged wheel of main chain
sprocket makes gripper bar move more smoothly and give lower
noise.
